Overview

Who I work with I work with adolescents (16+), young adults and adults experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges. I have a particular interest in supporting people with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and performance-related concerns. I also work with athletes and individuals looking to enhance performance, resilience and wellbeing, and provide cognitive and academic assessments for educational needs. What people come to see me for People commonly see me for support with: Anxiety, including panic, OCD and social anxiety Depression and low mood Stress, burnout and workplace challenges Performance anxiety and building resilience Eating disorders and body image concerns ADHD and neurodivergence Life transitions and personal growth Clarifying values, purpose and direction Cognitive, learning and academic assessments How I work I take a collaborative, compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy, viewing it as a partnership where we work together to build insight and create meaningful, lasting change. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy to suit each person’s unique goals and needs. I strive to create a supportive, practical space where clients feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and empowered to move towards the life they want to live. A little about me I’m a Provisional Psychologist in the final year of my Master of Psychology (Clinical). Before training as a psychologist, I competed as a professional athlete, an experience that sparked my interest in performance, resilience and the psychological factors that influence how we think, feel and perform. Since then, I’ve worked across clinical, educational and assessment settings with adolescents and adults. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at a local coffee shop, spending time with my niece and nephew, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mixed martial arts, or sharing my passion for psychology through community talks and presentations.
