With 28 years experience as a mental health occupational therapist, a psychotherapist and a couple/family therapist, he is well versed in a variety of models to help you. He has a particular interest in child & youth mental health, couple & family relationships, and trauma. He provides people with insights, skills and practices to enable resilient mental health, satisfying relationships, and trauma-informed living.
