Mr Julian Motha Psychologist

Overview

Julian is interested in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, work-related stress, self-esteem issues and social deficits. He is trained to implement evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. Julian is passionate about providing a welcoming and respectful safe space for clients to collaboratively work through mental health issues. He is eager to work with a diverse range of people differing in culture, religious belief, sexual orientation and gender identity. Julian has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Gender Studies) from The University of Melbourne, Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology from Monash University and Master of Professional Psychology from The Cairnmillar Institute. He is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
