Mr Jonathan Ong Orthotist / Prosthetist (Candidate)

After completing his Master of Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2022, Jonathan moved to Canberra where he developed a broad set of skills working as a technician, prosthetist and orthotist in the private health industry. Since moving home to Melbourne, Jonathan has focused his attention back onto orthotics. His areas of interest include acute injury management, high risk feet, and neuromuscular conditions. Jonathan is passionate about working with clients to improve their independence, quality of life, and understanding of their orthotic devices. Jonathan is also a firm believer of innovation and enjoys exploring the possibilities for new and emerging technologies to help clients reach their potentials. Outside of work, Jonathan has become an eager coffee enthusiast and can be found roaming Melbourne’s cafes in search for an even better flat white.
