My name is John Couto. I am a professionally trained and qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I specialise in individual psychotherapy or depth counselling with adults and adolescents. I provide a compassionate and therapeutic approach, that will give you an opportunity to work through or integrate whatever has brought you to therapy. Simultaneously ill offer you support and skills to develop more authentic ways of relating to yourself and others. Whether we opt for short-term counselling or long-term psychotherapy depends on the assessments of what you require and what you would like to gain from the therapy.
