His postgraduate research examined substance and alcohol use recovery, and continues to inform his clinical focus on behaviour change and relapse prevention. Alongside private practice, Joe also works within NSW Health supporting individuals with drug and alcohol challenges, while drawing on experience from a previous corporate career to bring a grounded, pragmatic perspective to his work.
