I’m a Registered Psychologist and the founder of CAYA Psychology. I have over a decade of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families to help them feel understood, supported, and more confident. I started CAYA because I wanted to create a place where children, teens, adults, and families could feel truly supported, understood, and empowered. I see first-hand how overwhelming life can feel when you or your child are struggling, and my goal is to make therapy a safe, welcoming space where positive change is possible.
I work with children, teens, and adults who are dealing with challenges like anxiety, depression, anger, or OCD.
I have significant experience supporting neurodivergent young people, including those with ADHD and Autism. I also provide family therapy, including court-ordered therapy for families navigating separation or divorce.
I take a flexible, strengths-based approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs and goals. Together, we figure out what works best for you—whether that’s one-on-one sessions, practical strategies, or connecting with your family or school for extra support.
