Meet James, a recently graduated Exercise Physiologist from UNSW with a strong background in rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. He has experience working with athletes, children and the general population, helping clients improve performance, recover from injury and build long-term health.
With over 20 years of personal experience in parkour, calisthenics, weight training and snowboarding, James brings a deep understanding of movement into his practice. He is passionate about the role of exercise in supporting mental health and building strong, connected communities, empowering clients to move and feel their best.
