Mr Jack Bark Dietitian

Jack is a weight‑inclusive, queer‑affirming, neurodiverse‑affirming, and disability‑affirming Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in neurodivergence (Autism & ADHD), queer health, paediatrics, men's health, diabetes management, larger‑bodied people, and digestive issues. Based in Kilsyth, Victoria, he provides evidence‑based, compassionate nutrition care both in person and online Australia‑wide. With lived experience of anorexia nervosa and a deep understanding of the biological, psychological, and social challenges faced by queer people and young men, Jack brings a level of empathy and insight that supports clients in feeling genuinely understood. His personal connections within neurodiverse communities — including close friends and a wonderful AuDHD partner — further shape his respectful, strengths‑based approach to care. Jack knows how overwhelming nutrition, health, and life can feel. He meets every client exactly where they are, creating a safe, collaborative space to explore food, body image, and wellbeing at a pace that feels right for them.
