Marcus completed his Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours) at QUT. He is passionate about helping others achieve their health goals. He emphasises that good health is more than numbers on a scale or counting calories. He believes there is no such thing as a perfect diet. Instead, it is important to make a healthy lifestyle both achievable and sustainable. Marcus has experience working in diverse clinical conditions. His areas of interests include chronic disease management, weight management and gut health. He is also keen on expanding his knowledge to provide evidence-based care. Marcus understands that changing lifestyle habits can be challenging. He likes to promote ways to maintain healthy relationships with food. He aspires to work with clients by tailoring goals to suit their individual needs. He is here to support you in developing healthy eating habits. Marcus is interested in tailoring cultural diets and looking into ways to make meals easy to prepare. He also speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
