Hi, I am Harrish. I’m a Medicare registered counsellor with many years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can explore what matters most to you. Through a grounded and collaborative approach, I help you gain clarity and insight, so that you can work through life’s challenges with more confidence and direction. Therapy with me is a space to slow down and reflect — where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. As a result of our work together, many clients find they’re better able to understand their emotions, respond to stress differently, and improve how they relate to themselves and others. I’m known for my calm presence and gentle way of guiding conversations that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
