Enzo is a psychologist and clinical registrar who has experience providing crisis support and recovery-oriented mental outreach. His therapeutic approach integrates a range of practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). Enzo has also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is particularly interested in working with LGBTQ+ and ethically non-monogamous relationships.
