Overview

As a neurofeedback practitioner, I’ve been using the NeurOptimal system for over two years to help manage my own ADHD and anxiety. This experience has fueled my passion for using technology-based biohacking to support well-being, especially in our fast-paced, tech-saturated world. Through neurofeedback, I aim to empower others to reduce stress and regain balance in their lives.
