Mr Don Jayasekera Psychologist

I am a registered psychologist providing evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention services tailored to individual needs. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on supporting meaningful, lasting change through practical and goal-oriented strategies. I work with individuals across the lifespan and offer support for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, personality-related difficulties, and psychotic disorders. I also provide comprehensive psychological assessments for all age groups, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, and personality functioning. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with interventions adapted to suit each client’s unique circumstances, strengths, and goals. I aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where clients feel understood and supported. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and welcome referrals from individuals, GPs, and other healthcare providers, including NDIS participants.
