I welcome your invitation to sit with you, and be someone that will openly and honestly listen to you, without judgment. I would like to hear where you are presently and how you may have become stuck. Together, I would like to take the journey with you to find a way forward to help you be the person you would like to be.
As someone who has personally moved through a number of significant life changes, some by choice, some by circumstance, and now having trained as a psychologist, I have developed a unique and flexible way of working with and connecting with people. I value each person’s unique experience, their journey that brings them to sit next to me for a moment in life. I hope to share that moment, in a meaningful way, to help you move forward and find a way that aligns with your personal values.
