Mr Darius Leo Psychologist

Darius Leo M.Psych (Clinical), Clinical Psycholoigst Principal Psychologist for TrueHope Psychology. Darius loves psychology and counselling. He works collaboratively with his clients to find depression help and anxiety treatments that work for them. He holds a Diploma of Community Services, a Bachelors degree in Psychology with Honours, and a Masters in Clinical Psychology. He is passionate about helping people to find relief from their suffering and cultivate hope for the future. He embraces the values of patience, compassion, and unconditional positive regard towards all his clients. He creates a safe and welcoming space where you can openly discuss your challenges, personal sorrows, or heartbreak without fear of becoming overwhelmed or criticised. He encourages you to move at your own pace and supports you with helpful psychological strategies. He uses gentle questioning to help you to draw on the strengths that already have, develop new ones, and discover a brighter hope for the future. When he is not conducting research or therapy, Darius enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with his dogs, and spending time by the sea.
