Hi there! My name is Daniel and I am really looking forward to getting to know you and working with you. My style of therapy is warm and non-directive, which means that I am more like a GPS in the car, whilst you remain the driver. I will never force you to do anything you're not comfortable doing, but I will still act as a guide, driving alongside you. Through my experience, I have been able to work with a range of different people with different presentations and I have completely loved my journey so far. I don't believe it is the psychologist who makes the change in someone's life, it is the client. You are the one who is taking the tough step of seeking help and making a change in your life, and I would be honoured to share a part of your journey with you.
