Daniel is a clinical psychologist with over fifteen years of experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, sexuality, gender identity, shyness, sleep difficulties and workplace stress.
He takes a cognitive approach to treatment, working with people to identify patterns in their lives that are no longer working for them and helping to build new ways that work better. This includes a focus on identifying things that are important and meaningful to each person as well as developing more cognitive flexibility to weather life challenges. This approach is grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, a third-wave CBT treatment protocol.
Daniel is also a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor and is able to provide clinical supervision for psychologists in the Clinical Registrar program. Daniel’s qualifications include a MA in Clinical Psychology. He is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) as well as a Fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists.
