Christopher is a Provisional Psychologist and a graduate of the Master of Professional Psychology program at The University of Melbourne. He is dedicated to supporting clients, collaboratively discovering and exploring insights, and working toward meaningful mental health goals.
Christopher is trained to provide various modalities of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapy and Solution-Focussed Therapy. He has experience working in private settings with a range of cliental concerns.
Prior experience includes volunteering on helplines for those experiencing OCD and anxiety, as well as working with adolescents in a mentoring capacity. Christopher has worked in disability support under the NDIS funding scheme and has experience working with youth with Autism.
Christopher is available to provide support for a variety of presentations, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, addictions, stress-management, grief and loss and life transitions. Christopher welcomes new clients of any gender, age or sexual orientation.
