Hi, I am Christian After diving into movement 16 years ago through Yoga to allow my body to rest and find more Balance, led me into studying this old movement modality and philosophy. Realising music as a core initiator for freedom and joy combined with Breath and a moving body to heal and feel the energy shifting freely through you – it creates that universal connection to self and others. Massage was just the next step into the body mind healing journey that gave me tools and techniques from relaxation, over to deep tissue, and to Trigger Point release to allow others to experience the body’s unique capacity of healing or just having deeper moments of bliss.
