I have been a practising psychologist for many years now and I have always enjoyed the experience of working with my clients in a caring and holistic way within my essential client centred approach where you are the most important person.
I believe in creating a comfortable and safe environment where you feel you can talk openly about any issue. My philosophy has always been to find the most meaningful way to help each individual client. For me this means always being mindful of the differences between each individual person and how best to help. I have always felt privileged in getting to know my clients and working with them to achieve their goals
I look forward to getting to know you as a unique person and helping you make the positive meaningful changes to your mental health
