I am a psychologist with a passion for helping people form all walks of life. I celebrate diversity and have an interest in providing psychological support to people from different communities and backgrounds. I have a key interest in providing awareness and support to the LGBTIQA+ community.
I have extensive experience working with a variety of people and use a holistic and systemic approach. This means that I try to understand your concerns as you experience them as well as drawing from the wider context of your life. I also have much experience working with people living with a disability and their families under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Regarding my therapeutic style, I use a blend of psychological evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and others, as well as assessment tools to assess neurodiversity, including the ADOS. I aim to help you from an empathic perspective combined with best-practice assessment tools and methods to help to diagnose, where appropriate, and treat, your concerns. The aim is to have a direction in our treatment that offers you support and tangible results.
