Anthony is a qualified counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association, dedicated to providing trauma-informed care tailored to the unique needs of each client. He specialises in working with adults and teenagers experiencing stress, worry, anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and those desiring to improve their assertiveness and is an expert in communication strategies and tools. Before becoming a counsellor, Anthony served as a police officer in New South Wales for a decade, including time as a Detective in Sydney.
