Improving your mental health can be a serious business, but my caring and empathetic approach comes along with a sense of humour. My aim is to create a relaxed and non-judgmental space to address any issues that are holding you back from where you’d like to be.
I like to work with you in a collaborative way to identify and help you reach your goals in life – no matter how big or small they may seem.
I focus on equipping my clients with the tools and insights they need to succeed in reaching these goals using a range of therapies, depending on what will work best for you.
