I really enjoy working with people in all sorts of circumstances. I am dedicated to working with everyone as an individual and respecting your situation, experiences, beliefs, and values. I encourage you to take an active role in sessions. I feel honoured at the privilege of getting to know and working with clients in a genuine and meaningful way. Alex has a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the United States, and a Masters in Counselling. Alex is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Alex is trained and experienced in several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client Centered Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Alex is a humble and warm Psychologist and brings a sense of humour to sessions. He works with adults, parents, adolescents, and children. Alex enjoys working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues and conflict, parenting issues, child behaviour issues, or people who are going through a difficult life circumstance. He works within a wide variety of frameworks and tailors each client’s sessions to their unique situations.
