By increasing awareness and recognising our behavioural patterns we are better able to make decisions and choices which lead to a deeper more satisfying relationship with ourselves and others.
Many people are motivated to grow and change, however they may not have the support and skills needed to realise the transition. Therapy is a supportive way of exploring and developing a person’s skills to manage change.
