For this reason, Adrian has an unwavering unconditional positive regard for his clients and is committed to supporting them in a truly authentic and compassionate manner. Adrian has a wide range of clinical experience, including helping people with various types of anxiety issues, depression, as well as trauma-related concerns. Adrian utilises evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. Overall, Adrian is passionate about helping people gain insight and awareness into their own unique internal lives and how to overcome the personal challenges they face.
