Victoria is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a unique background in both dietetics and psychology, bringing a compassionate, individualised approach to her clients' health and nutrition.
Victoria understands that achieving optimal health and well-being is not a one-size-fits-all journey. She takes the time to learn about each client’s lifestyle, culture, mood, attitudes and social influences to tailor her interventions to their unique needs. By focusing on these personal elements, Victoria empowers her clients to embrace a balanced and sustainable approach to eating that enriches both their physical and emotional well-being.
With a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition and a background in psychology, Victoria’s approach goes beyond basic dietary advice. She works collaboratively with clients to create practical, balanced eating habits that support long-term wellness and help them make meaningful lifestyle changes without guilt or restriction. Her goal is to foster a positive, nourishing relationship with food and empower clients to make informed choices that enhance overall well-being.
Outside of her work, Victoria enjoys outdoor adventures, exploring new cafes and restaurants with friends and sharing her love of food by discovering and trying new recipes.
