Sophia Tran is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-approved Supervisor based in Croydon, Sydney. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, both from the University of New South Wales. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to bring out their individual strengths and create positive change.
Sophia enjoys working with adults experiencing a broad range of concerns, including mood and anxiety, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, emotion regulation difficulties, problem gambling, life stress, adjustment difficulties to significant events, identity and self-worth, and longstanding patterns of thinking and behaviour.
Sophia integrates a range of evidence-based psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
