Rebecca is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who specialises in helping clients to move away from weight cycling and chronic dieting.
She completed her Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics, with Honours, at the University of Wollongong and has worked across the private, public and food industry sectors.
She is a compassionate Dietitian with an appreciation for people, diversity and the human experience. Rebecca values connection, trust and working respectfully, in the hope of offering a safe space for all her clients.
Identifying best as a Non-Diet Dietitian she practices using intuitive eating principles and mindfulness based techniques, that are both weight neutral and trauma informed.
Rebecca has a keen interest in food and body image concerns, chronic and yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and eating disorder prevention, and loves to support clients in moving to a place of self acceptance, body trust and food freedom.
In her spare time, she loves taking a moment to breathe and enjoy nature, and has recently spent 6 months in South America studying Spanish.
