I’m a clinical hypnotherapist, walk and talk therapist and Holistic practitioner committed to helping mothers learn how to recover from post partum anxiety and depression, build a toolkit of coping strategies and heal so they can focus on walking the parenting journey they deeply desire. My work focuses on eliminating emotional attachments to trauma, re-patterning belief systems and teaching re world strategies to easily and effortlessly move through and beyond the grasp of panic, anxiety and depression. I believe in a collaborative approach to healing.
