Patricia Martins is a warm and compassionate Portuguese speaking psychologist based in Melbourne, Australia. Her work is focused on people who are suffering from anxiety, depression and immigrants who are adjusting to the life changes that moving countries can make emerge.
Patricia is a person-centred therapist that provides a wide range of techniques to support her client's - from psychodynamic approaches, such as Analytical Psychology and ISTDP, to evidence-based techniques, as ACT and CBT. She is able to adjust her knowledge accordingly to the client she is seeing.
