I am a qualified counsellor specializing in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Problem-Solving Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I have extensive experience supporting individuals who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, disability, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. Additionally, I work closely with youth who have experienced trauma, addiction, relationship breakdowns, family conflict, or challenges with sexuality and gender identity.
