I’m a counsellor who supports people facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and navigating life after trauma. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported as we work through whatever you're going through.
I’ve worked in Kaitaia where I had the privilege of working alongside school teachers and whānau to support children and teens experiencing tough times or behaviour changes. I’ve also supported with rangatahi (18-24 year olds) to find their strengths and resilience as they face their futures. My approach is gentle, culturally aware, and focused on building trust and resilience whether you're an adult, young person, or parent needing support.
