Overview

Drawing from my own recovery journey after a serious assault, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed care with deep empathy and understanding. I specialise in supporting women affected by domestic violence. I also provide care for those experiencing addiction. My holistic, client-centred approach includes Motivational Interviewing, person-centred therapy, Mauri Ora, Black Rain Trauma-Informed Practice, Te Whare Tapa Whā, CBT, and DSM-5 assessments. I am committed to helping clients build resilience and healing in a safe and respectful environment. I look forward to supporting you on your path to wellbeing.
