Miss Judith Echevarria Psychologist

I support clients navigating emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, trauma, and family and relationships issues. I help clients to find clarity, build resilience and create a more fulfilling life and improve their mental health and overall wellbeing. I hold a master’s in psychology and a diploma of family systems therapy. I’ve worked across different settings supporting clients in the NDIS setting, family and youth services, and in counselling roles both in Spain and in Australia. In my practice I use a holistic approach for each client, combined with evidenced-based techniques such as CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness. I also help couples to enhance the quality of their relationship and to support them to find positive ways to navigate their challenges, to improve their communication and to increase their emotional connection. In the therapeutic space I create a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered. My goal is to help you make positive changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
