Overview

Helen Fuller is a female Registered Psychologist, who has also had experience working as a School Counsellor. She has a particular interest in working with children, adolescents and young women. Helen is committed to working in a client-centred and empathic manner, and using best practice and evidence-based techniques to assist clients to live a meaningful and valued life. She has experience helping clients with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, grief/loss, self-esteem issues, trauma, stress management, and relationship issues. She utilises techniques from a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Helen has also completed a Bachelor degree in Theology, and enjoys working in a manner that is sensitive to her client's spiritual and ethical beliefs. Helen currently works at the Counselling Cottage at St Faith's Anglican Church in Narrabeen, where fees are based on a sliding scale in proportion to household income.
