After 10+ years working in the field, I have developed a passion for working with people who are ready for feeling better in their life; one that's filled with more enjoyment through movement, and a healthy lifestyle that includes mindful behaviours , healthy food choices and evidence based lifestyle habits like meditation and breathwork.
Areas of particular interest to me are persistent pain, lung disease, and athletes (swimmers and triathletes).
