Hailing from sunny Singapore, Farrah moved to Australia to pursue a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at QUT.
This decision was reinforced when she helped a struggling dad overcome the debilitating effects of obesity, arthritis and bronchitis - to achieve his dreams of running around with his toddler.
Formerly a personal trainer/ bootcamp instructor specialising in post-natal management, Farrah found much fulfilment in helping moms safely manage post-partum complications and the demands of motherhood. Participants have described Farrah's group classes as "engaging, challenging, yet with a personal touch". Kids also get a spot in her exercise classes, as she currently also runs paediatric-specific sessions!
Having worked with a spectrum of clients, Farrah currently finds her niche in the management of Neurological conditions, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ Fibromyalgia, Women's Health and Diabetes. Having worked extensively with the disability community for the past 2.5 years, Farrah enjoys the creativity that comes with exercise modalities & programming for this clientele.
