Overview

Hi, I'm Emmalee, a Master of Counselling graduate offering a warm, non-judgmental space where people can explore challenges, strengthen their stories, and move toward meaningful change. I primarily work from a Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy perspective, grounded in a postmodern approach that values collaboration, respect, and curiosity. I believe meaningful change happens through small shifts, and that every person has stories of resilience and possibility, even in the face of challenge. I bring a rich background in working with young people in out-of-home care, and I currently work as a social worker supporting individuals facing homelessness. These experiences have deeply shaped my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of creating safe, empowering spaces for people to be heard and understood. I'm especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, identity, self-worth, or feeling stuck — and I welcome clients from all walks of life. Whether you're seeking clarity, support, or just someone to walk alongside you, I’m here to help you reconnect with your own wisdom and strengths. As a new graduate counsellor, I offer low-cost sessions while I grow my practice. All sessions are delivered with professional care, confidentiality, and a deep commitment to ethical, client-centred work.
