At Dayna Moore Dietetics, I believe that personalised support is key to your journey toward improved health and wellness. I’m Dayna, an accredited practicing dietitian with a friendly, down-to-earth approach and a genuine understanding of what truly matters to my clients. And don’t worry—I’m not the food police! My goal is to guide you, not to guard your plate.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Sydney in 2020 and went on to earn my Master of Nutrition & Dietetics in 2021. Since then, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including both in a hospital and community setting, where I have gained clinical skills. I have worked with clients aged 2 - 92, living with a range of physical and intellectual disabilities as well as complex & chronic health conditions. My personal journey as a carer for someone living with a disability has deeply shaped my commitment to dietetics. It is this experience that fuels my passion for helping clients achieve their health goals. I pride myself on building long-term relationships with those I work with, recognizing that a collaborative, client-centered approach leads to the best outcomes. I understand that each individual comes with unique needs and goals. My holistic approach takes into account not only nutritional requirements but also personal preferences, lifestyle factors, and cultural backgrounds.
