Overview

Claudine is committed to providing friendly and professional consultation, free of judgement and full of understanding and support. She seeks to provide culturally appropriate clinical care to children, adolescents and adults in promoting their psychological health and emotional wellbeing. Her particular areas of interest are anxiety, panic disorders, adjustment issues, stress management, self esteem and self development, grief and loss, and the impact of trauma and abuse. She strongly believe in interventions that are evidence-based research and treatment where short or long-term successful therapy are achieved. An essential component that she strive for in therapy is a strength based approach , assisting every client in identifying their potential and capabilities in order to build their self esteem, confidence and resilience.
