Miss Cathy Hayes Psychologist

"I am passionate about mental health and helping people to grow. My aim is to create autonomy, to build clients up and teach skills that ensures progress that can be maintained long term." Cathy is a psychologist who has experience across a variety of sectors and presentations. Known for her passion; positive attitude, and her ability to motivate others, she is eager to be on your team. Cathy works with people from 16+ using CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and more. She works with clients from all backgrounds, and any gender. Cathy uses techniques to help people suffering from a range of mental health issues including mood and adjustment disorders; anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar & adjustment disorder. She also works with couples to build, repair and strengthen relationships using Gottman Relationship Counselling.
