I offer a non-clinical counselling approach-using core counselling foundations and holistic modalities. Working together with you to bring balance, ease and a safe non-judgemental space to express yourself. I will hold space for you and support your past, present and future self. I am a current member of the Australian Counselling Association and I regularly participate in counselling supervision and professional development.
