Miss Calley Newman Dietitian

Calley has extensive experience in improving the health and wellbeing of clients through dietary and lifestyle changes. As a Dietitian at CFIH, Calley has specialist training and expertise in addressing clients’ eating behaviour and relationships with food. Calley recognises that knowing what to do and doing it are two different things and as such, she coaches clients through how to eat, rather than simply focusing on what to eat. Her experience working with a diverse range of populations enables her to tailor her approach to assist each individual in achieving optimal health outcomes. Calley has particular interests in; nutritional medicine, eating- and weight-related issues, eating disorders, diabetes management, food allergies and intolerances, chronic disease management, sports nutrition, preventative health, workplace health promotion and digestive issues
