Miss Bree Parsons Counsellor

Bree is a First Nations practitioner with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in psychology and child development, a Graduate Diploma in Counseling, and a Diploma in Financial Counselling. Her approach supports the whole person—nurturing physical, emotional, relational, social, psychological, and spiritual well-being. She offers a client-centered and trauma-informed practice, grounded in the neurobiology of trauma. Bree incorporates a culturally appropriate and holistic lens in counseling. Her work integrates a range of therapeutic methods, including body-based work, art therapy, and play therapy, often incorporating time in nature to support healing. Bree supports children, young people, families, and adults who have experienced abuse, neglect, violent crime, and other forms of trauma, offering compassionate and holistic care throughout their journey. With warmth, compassion, and deep understanding, she tailors her support to meet the unique needs of each individual. She also provides financial counselling and NDIS behavior support plans.
