Miss Ashlee Crisp Myotherapist

Ashlee graduated from RMIT as a myotherapist in 2020, and later completed her certificates in both matwork and reformer Pilates in 2021. She has a keen interest in helping those with chronic pain, particularly fibromyalgia. Ashlee is passionate about providing her patients with the tools they need to live the lifestyle they want without pain being a barrier. She understands that pain and injuries can stand in the way for many people to do the things they love, like picking up their children or playing their favourite sport. This is why Ashlee believes in a movement based approach, to provide her patients with the resources and encouragement they need to regain control and get back to the things that make them happy. Outside of myotherapy, Ashlee enjoys being active and spending time with her loved ones, including her dog Biscuit, and bunny Peanut.
