Miss Annelise Kuczma Occupational Therapist

Annelise is a Paediatric OT servicing children and caregivers in the inner west (Yarraville, West Footscray, Kingsville, Seddon, Newport, Williamstown) in their home, kinder or childcare environments. Annelise specialises in the early intervention ages of 2-5 and individuals with sensory, self-care, regulation, motor and play based goals. All goals are created with the PEOP model as a frame of reference, this meaning that adjustments made to an individual's overall occupational performance starts with adapting the environment first, followed by the Occupation to support the person in engaging and participating in daily tasks of living. This is a bottom up approach to ensure a solid baseline of functional performance before defining skills. This aligns with my values of meeting the child and family where they are, being neuro-affirming and play based with a functional lense.
