My journey into holistic health began through years of living as a monk, immersed in the study and practice of Vedic traditions. Alongside Ayurveda, I have trained in Yoga Therapy and Vedic Astrology, giving me a broad and integrative perspective on wellbeing. While my primary focus in consultations is Ayurveda, this wider background allows me to understand health in a truly holistic way—body, mind, and spirit.
