Dr Maxine Cheung Consultant Psychiatrist MBChB, MRCPsych, FHKCPsych, FRANZCP Qualifications Dr Maxine Cheung is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists as well as a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Psychiatrists. She is also a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) from The University of Melbourne. Working Experience Dr Maxine Cheung has lived, trained, and worked in both Australia and Hong Kong. She began her psychiatric training in Hong Kong's public sector before working at a private expatriate clinic that served an international, multilingual, and multicultural clientele. He then completed subspecialisation with the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), achieving a Certificate of Advanced Training in Adult Psychiatry in South Australia. Dr Chherawala has undertaken further qualifications in Medical Administration and Clinical Leadership. Working Experience Dr Chherawala is currently the Clinical Lead of the Psychiatry Consultation Liaison service at the Coffs Harbour Hospital in the Mid-North Coast of NSW, where he provides psychiatric treatment to people experiencing co-morbid physical health issues. He has previously worked in regional and metropolitan areas across South Australia.
